El Batallón

‘El batallón de los zapatos rotos’ literally means ‘the regiment of the wornout shoes’. This composition is a sort of hybrid between the typically Spanish paso doble and a Belgian hunters’ march. The title is a metaphor for fighting for a just cause, even without the necessary means. An original variation on the standard paso doble!
