Description

Uranus, The Magician, from Holst's immortal music, "The Planets", brings magic from the score into the concert hall. Holst has written a score and Ralph Sauer has transcribed it in such a way, that the frightening sounds, harmonies and quirky dance-like rhythms are perfectly meshed for 14-part Brass Ensemble with Timpani and Percussion.
