»Catch a Turian!« ist ein virtuoses Stück für Gitarrenduo. Das Werk ist mehrteilig angelegt und birgt in seinem sehr melodischen Mittelteil eine revolutionär neue Spielpraxis: das harmonische Flageolettspiel. Dieses wird durch das Zusammenwirken beider Spieler auf einer Gitarre ermöglicht.
Hierbei werden drei- und vierstimmige Zusammenklänge mit künstlichen Flageoletts erzeugt. Die sehr schnellen, bitonal geprägten Anfangs- und Schlussteile bilden einen spannenden Kontrast zu den sphärischen Flageolettklängen des Mittelteils.
