Sheet music by Hermann Neuling

Hermann Neuling was a German hornist and composer.

For a long time Neuling was active as a deep hornist at the Staatsoper Unter den Linden in Berlin, where he taught at the municipal conservatory.

Well-known pieces composed by him are, for example, the Bagatelle for deep horn and piano as well as Etudes for deep horn, which were published in two volumes of 30 Etudes each. In addition to the horn concertos by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Richard Strauss, the Bagatelle is considered a compulsory piece for orchestral auditions.
