"It is a great privilege to be in intensive contact with music since early childhood. Not even in this world have I had the great luck to listen to the sounds of a piano and cello playing music teacher and to come into contact with music at a very early age. It was also the family environment that allowed me to experience the fascination of making music, to learn a number of instruments and finally to discover my talent for composing. My family and I share a love of music. This piece is dedicated to her".

SANKT CÄCILIA is a gripping chorale fantasy that focuses on the emotional and expressive expression of the musical idea through its unbound, rhapsodic form. The 16-measure theme is first presented by the woodwinds and then comes into its own in various, colourful manifestations, both in terms of harmonic implementation and rhythmic texture. The composition captivates with its colourful, vivid, even explosive instrumentation and makes it possible to present the wind orchestra in all its tonal diversity.
