Alan Parson hat während seines Auftritts von Night of the Proms in Mannheim die Nummer Silence and I Eric Woolfson gewidmet. Woolfson stierf im Alter von 64 Jahren in 2009. Dieses symphonisch angehauchte Werk fordert viel von den Blechbläsern des Orchesters, besonders den Hörnern.
