Setting Christina Rossetti's poem A Song of Flight, this uplifting piece is a celebration of freedom, action, and courage. Its flowing lyrical lines are paired with a supportive and driving accompaniment. Beyond the Sea was commissioned by the Greater Dallas Choral Society for their performance at the 2025 American Choral Directors Association National Conference.
