Description
I read Baudelaire's poem Une charogne as a 16-year-old and was fascinated by the contrasts in the poetic description of a rotting corpse - horrible and at the same time beautiful. I have carried the text with me ever since. This work is my musical attempt to capture the essence of the poem.
