Felix Hans Vermeirsch was 12 years old when he created this piano composition. He submitted it to the Cantabile composition competition for professional composers and to his great surprise, this composition was chosen as the winning composition. Besides a nice cash prize, he also won the medal ‘Belgian artistic promotion’ from SABAM.
