An orchestral work in three movements, composed in 1961, the year after Toyama's masterpiece „Rhapsody for Orchestra“. The piece adopts the techniques of „Rhapsody“, but integrates Japanese folk songs more generously and freely, resulting in dense, highly concentrated music.
