First performances on 19th June 2007 at Westminster Cathedral, London, and on 22nd June 2007 in Aya Sofya, Istanbul, by John-MarkAinsley(tenor), the BBC Symphony Orchestra, the BBC Symphony Chorus and the Choristers of Westminster Cathedral, conducted by Jir Belohlávek.
