With the two "Interludia", Pavel Stanék has written so-called absolute music, i.e. music that is not based on a program or a story, but simply stands for itself.

The first movement is rather dramatic. You have the feeling that something is in the air... In the second movement, this tension gives way to a festive atmosphere. A devout middle section is followed by another dramatic section and a triumphant ending.
