With "Fantasia Boemica" Pavel Stanék has composed a work that creates many different musical images. A dramatic introduction is followed by a scene that sounds like a rural festival, determined by dance and cheerfulness. The next section, on the other hand, is lyrical and slightly melancholic and merges into another dramatic part. But finally the versatile work fades away conciliatory and almost romantic in a beautiful final chord.
