Miklós Rózsas Viola Concerto op. 37 is the composers last orchestral work. It concludes a series of concertos in which Rózsa devoted one piece each to an instrument that he was particularly fond of (violoncello, piano, violin and the Sinfonia concertante for violin and violoncello) or to a specific performer.
