The «Sonata da viaggio» – In 12 Movements Around the World – for violin and cello was composed in the spring/summer of 2016 on commission from Trude and Reto Godly.
The two passionate aviators and adventurers undertook, in 2003, a journey around the world in a small aircraft – an undertaking that is almost unimaginable for "ordinary" people. This journey was impressively documented in writing by Reto Godly.
