‘Love of My Life’ is a ballad from the album A Night at the Opera by English rock band Queen. A live version of the song was released as a single in June 1979 and reached No 1 in Argentina and Brazil. The song had been written by Freddie Mercury for Mary Austin, Freddie’s girlfriend at the time.
