was written in commission of Peter Verhoyen, principal piccolo with the Royal Flemish Philharmonic Orchestra and professor at the Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp and Brussels. The piece consists of five consecutive parts silently flowing into each other and is based on a mirror structure.
