This exciting new major work for concert band was written for the Air Combat Command Heartland of America Band (formerly the Strategic Air Command Band) stationed at Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha, Nebraska. As the title implies, this selection was written in honor of the hundreds of thousands of men and women who have served their country in the United States Air Force over the past 50 years.
