The Advent and Christmas season is particularly festive and atmospheric, especially because of the numerous traditional songs. The German composer Edmund Löffler has compiled a selection of these songs in his composition "Festliche Weihnachtsmusik". The various melodies are combined with interludes to create a kind of musical Christmas tale.
