This volume deals with three topics. First, Llobet´s deep and inspiring relationship with the people music of Argentina, a country he toured 5 times. It includes his special arrangements, a sort of tribute, to the music of that country in the form of transcriptions of 3 Tristes by Pedro Quijano. We are pleased to be able to present the first publication of Llobet´s own beautiful interpetation of the ´Triste´ a typical genre in Argentinian music.
