This arrangement of the waltz “Gold and Silver” op.79 (1902) is intended to come as close as possible to the sound of a large symphony orchestra. In the arrangement, the key is deliberately kept in its original form and is not transposed into one of the common “wind orchestra keys”. It is aimed at conductors and orchestras who enjoy developing the necessary sound facets and sound (mixing) for a successful implementation.
