Nick Lane originally wrote this outstanding funk chart for Maynard Ferguson’s "It’s My Time" album and then skillfully added more trombone and saxophone parts so more traditionally sized big bands could perform it. This chart is sure to satisfy and inspire! Room for improvisation. A Classic!
