Zdeněk wrote the piano cycle NAHA one sultry summer when he found himself alone, and maudlin for a week at his parents' house in Nový Bor in northern Bohemia.

The pieces are generally minimalist and simple, and they can be played by less skilled pianists or younger students. A complete recording of the cycle can be found in the Internet Music Services.
