Description
This composition by the Danish composer Søren Hyldgaard is a tribute to his fellow-countryman Hans Christian Andersen (1805-1875). In this musical epic in addition to various fairytale figures present (like the little match-girl) Hyldgaard has also tried to represent the spiritual father of fairy tales in music. A delight to the ear!
