Festival Flourish was written to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the Musikkapelle Kappl from Tirol. Massive brass playing is interchanged with lyrical and rhythmic elements. This music is very suitable for the opening of a concert, but also very appropriate if there is a reason to celebrate.
