The collection of Musical Pictures for the Youngest, op. 21, prepared for classical guitar, is addressed to children setting out on their adventure with this instrument. The gradual introduction to the world of the guitar is favoured by the format of the collection, in which the works are arranged according to difficulty, from easy one-part melodies to harmonically and technically more complicated and demanding pieces.
