“Daddy Cool” is a song written by George Reyam and Frank Farian who had founded the group Boney M. to perform his songs on TV and while touring in discos. The song was included on their debut album Take the Heat off Me. After a presentation on the German Musikladen TV show in September 1976, the single became a world hit. The arrangement is written by Frank Bernaerts.
