Description
Poèmes de la Vie is my second song cycle, after my Symphony No. 4 Sinfonie der Lieder (Symphony of Songs) for mezzo soprano, children’s choir and wind orchestra. It was commissioned by Musikgesellschaft Vispe & Ensemble Da Capo, Visp, Wallis – Switzerland. They premiered the work on November 16th & 17th, 2024 in Theatre La Poste in Visp, with Thomas Dolié, baritone soloist and the composer conducting.
