"River City" is the unofficial name of the Californian city of Sacramento - and also the name of the wind orchestra on whose behalf lyrical works wrote this sonorous, annual ACB Convention 2015 in Rancho Cordova on the occasion of the 37th Jacob de Haan. The great fun the musicians will have with the rich melodic material, which is distributed equally among all instrument groups, is absolutely contagious!
