Karel Belohoubek has been intensively engaged in composition and arrangement since his student days. The listener can experience his works regularly at concerts with new compositions, at concert appearances in the Czech Republic as well as abroad. Karel Belohoubek has distinguished himself with a number of extraordinarily successful transcriptions, for example of works by Bedrich Smerana, Maurice Ravel and Leonard Bernstein.
