Naji Hakim, geboren 1955 in Beirut, gehört zu den bedeutendsten Organisten und Orgelkomponisten der Gegenwart. Er studierte bei Jean Langlais am Conservatoire in Paris und war von 1985-93 Organist an Sacré-Coeur in Paris, anschließend als Nachfolger Messiaens an der Basilika SteTrinité.
