Gavin Bryars' Requiem is a large scale setting of liturgical texts in ten parts for soloists, choir and orchestra. Commissioned by the Dutch National Ballet, Requiem will be choreographed by the Ballet's associate artist David Dawson into a full evening of ballet, exploring the passing of time and the essence of faith.
