Description
The Polka française "Im Krapfenwald'l" op. 336 by Johann Strauss is one of his most popular works and was composed in 1869 during a trip to Russia. This lively polka is characterized by its spirited melody and cheerful mood, capturing the atmosphere of a forest. Andreas Simbeni's arrangement for wind orchestra, designed for flexible instrumentation and percussion, allows even smaller ensembles to perform this piece.
