Josef Hellmesberger Jr. (1855-1907) was an Austrian violinist, composer, and conductor. Among his compositions are operettas, ballets, dances, and waltzes. His waltz "Für die ganze Welt," composed in 1903, seamlessly connects to the grand Viennese waltz tradition with its floating lyrical themes.
