Cyrill Schürch sets the poem "Verbundenheit" by Valais author Juliette Mathier to music in a multi-layered and delicate way. In eight voices it transports the listener to a calm yet hopeful world in which two people feel connected despite their distance. The composition was awarded 1st prize in the Alpenchorfestival Brig 2016 composition competition.
