Electric Blue was created for the New Music Ensemble Aachen and was premiered at the festival „Blue(s) Planet“ there. The piece impresses with its minimalist sound structures, whose ascending and descending scales are imitated and constantly developed by the various instruments. Anno Schreier composes new and completely unique harmonic soundscapes which, detached from advanced artistic influences, offer their own answers to the questions of new music.
