Der Soloposaunist und Bayerische Kammervirtuos Ernst Gaetke (1886-1973) war von 1924-1948 Professor für Posaune an der Hochschule für Musik in Würzburg (damals Staatskonservatorium), wo er auch eine Bläserklasse leitete und Violine unterrichtete.
